I’ve been a counselor since 2014 and have had the opportunity to work in various settings with various ages. I graduated with my Master's in Counseling from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in December or 2013 and have worked in the school setting as a school counselor from 2014 until the present and have worked with adults through telemental health platforms since 2020. 

I have helped my clients process experiences and thoughts that they found difficult to navigate independently. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life so that you can overcome them confidently. I utilize a client-centered approach and techniques from both solution-focused and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) practices to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals. I am currently completing EMDR training and look forward to helping clients process their experiences through this modality.
